Kasilynn Shaddy
APRN
Kasi is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with four years of experience in family practice and urgent care. She began her nursing career in 2013 as a registered nurse in the emergency department of a Level 1 trauma center in Dallas, Texas. Over the next eight years, she gained valuable experience in multiple emergency departments before graduating as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Kasi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Conway, Arkansas, Kasi has called Northwest Arkansas home since she was seven years old. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and participating in any activities that her two Labrador Retrievers wish to do.

Drew Hampton
APRN, FNP B-C
Drew is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has 4 years of experience in the nursing profession working in Cardiology, Women's Health, OB-GYN Surgery, and Plastic Surgery. Drew is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is eager to serve the community of Siloam Springs and NWA. Drew earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing from Arkansas State University. Originally from Florida, Drew has called Arkansas home for 8 years and enjoys spending time outside with her golden retriever and husband.

Tracey Moore
Owner/ Manager
Tracey Moore, owner and manager of Premier Family Health Care. With 13 years of experience in medical clinic management, her passion for healthcare shines through everyday. Outside of work, Tracey cherishes her role as a Nana to her four wonder granddaughters. She enjoys floating on the river and indulging in beach vacations, all while embracing the charm of country living.

Bianca Tapia
RMA, LLRT
Bianca currently works as the RMA and LLRT at our clinic. Outside of work, she is a mother to two children - a 7-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son. She has pets, including a Great Dane named Dino, a Boston terrier named Peach, and a cat named Snowball. She prefers Mexican, Thai and seafood. During her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, especially during the summer season. Hobbies include going out and dancing, as well as playing video games such as Mario games, Mario Kart, and Smashbros. She is excited to get to know each and every one of you!

Born in Sacramento, California, Anna had the privilege of growing up in Northwest Arkansas, a place where she proudly calls home. Anna graduated from Siloam Springs High School in 2017, marking the beginning of her journey that has been filled with personal growth and fulfillment. During Anna’s free time, she thrives in the world of party planning, decorating, and traveling! Anna looks forward to growing our community and meeting you all!

Briana Caldera

Briana is a skilled medical assistant based in Northwest Arkansas, dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. With a warm and friendly approach, she helps ensure each visit runs smoothly and comfortably for both patients and providers. Outside the clinic, Bri enjoys crafting, reading, and staying active through hiking, camping, and running—activities that reflect her energetic and thoughtful nature.

Amelia Jackson
MSN, FNP, AGNP
Since beginning her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2014, Amelia (Amy) Jackson has established herself as a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional. Amy earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from The University of South Alabama, a significant milestone that laid the foundation for her diverse and impactful career. Amy's professional journey is marked by extensive experience in internal medicine, pain management, and obesity medicine. Her passion for helping individuals with weight loss, hormone replacement, and wellness/performance optimization is deeply personal. It stems not only from her professional experience in managing chronic pain and illnesses but also from her own life journey and ambitions. This personal connection to her work brings a unique depth of understanding and empathy to her patient care. Licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma, Amy offers a flexible approach to healthcare, accommodating both in-person and virtual visits to meet the diverse needs of her patients. Her expertise is further recognized through her national board certifications as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Outside of her professional life, Amy is a devoted family person. She lives with her husband and their twin teenagers, a boy and a girl, who bring joy and dynamism to her life. In her personal time, Amy is an avid runner, a hobby that reflects her commitment to personal health and well-being. She is also an enthusiastic reader, finding both relaxation and inspiration in the pages of a good book. Travel and gardening are other passions of hers, offering her opportunities for new experiences and a connection with nature. Amy Jackson's blend of professional expertise, personal experience, and a holistic approach to health and wellness makes her a standout in her field, deeply committed to the well-being and improvement of her patients' lives.
